My Weight Loss Progress

In July of 2011 I began an incredible transformation. Back then I weighed in at a whopping 255 lbs. I am 5'6", so that put me at a BMI of 41.15. Since then (now, this is as of 12/7/11) I have lost 80 lbs. I now weigh 175 lbs, and my BMI has dropped to 28.24. When asked what I did to lose all of this weight, people have a very hard time believing that I truly accomplished this with diet and exercise. There is no special, magic pill. Eating healthy and exercising will do the trick. Here are a series of progress pictures:
