New Year's Resolution: Complete a full marathon!

This Week's Training:

I have had a rough week, and haven't invested nearly as much time into exercise as I'd like, but here it is:

Monday: 6 mile run outside. 20 minutes of strength training.
Tuesday: 5 mile run outside. 20 minutes of strength training.
Wednesday: Stayed home, ate more than I should have. 20 minutes of strength training completed.
Thursday: Stayed home, ate more than I should have. 20 minutes of strength training completed.
Friday: For fear of staying home and eating becoming a new normal, I am forgoing my usual Friday routine of watch a movie with my husband and will be hitting the gym for at least 30 minutes to reacquaint myself with the stairmaster. I made sugar free Jell-O last night and plan on having that in addition to a 100 calorie bag of popcorn tonight after I get home. The new episode of Gold Rush is on the Discovery channel at 9, so I've definitely got something to look forward to! I also bought some yarn and plan on crocheting a hat for my newborn nephew instead of eat. I'll let you know how that goes. I've had a banner two weeks full of awful food choices late at night, and am absolutely going to nip it in the bud before I start backpedaling. It took my seven months to lose 80 lbs, and I don't intend to see how quickly it could all be gained back.
